We collect your email address and display name when you create an account (via Google or email/password through Firebase). We store separation task metadata, credit balances, and billing records. Audio files you upload are processed to deliver the service and are handled according to our storage and retention practices. We also collect usage analytics (Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) to improve the product.
How We Use Information
We use your information to authenticate you, process stem separations, manage credits and payments, provide customer support, prevent abuse, and improve our services. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Sharing & Processors
We share data with service providers that help us operate the product, including Firebase (authentication), Stripe (payments), cloud storage providers (file uploads), and analytics providers. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.
Retention & Security
We retain account and billing records as long as your account is active and as required for legal and accounting purposes. Separation history may be retained according to your plan. We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest, but no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
